Key Responsibilities

• Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes,
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on long-term satisfaction,
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to deliver seamless projects,
• Lead negotiations with clients and suppliers regarding contracts and pricing,
• Develop and execute sales strategies that drive sustainable business growth,
• Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

• Proven experience in sales and project management,
• Strong communication, listening, and negotiation skills,
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail,
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines,
• Proactive, team-oriented mindset with a customer focus,
• Fluency in English (spoken and written),
• Previous experience in the automotive or similar manufacturing industry is an advantage.
