A leading Swiss organization for development, cooperation, and humanitarian response is looking for a Regional IT Coordinator – Eastern Europe. In this role, you will ensure smooth, reliable, and secure IT operations across several countries. You will act as the link between local teams, global digital transformation initiatives, and head office, making sure IT solutions are efficient, aligned with global standards, and adapted to local needs.

Working as a Regional IT Coordinator, you will:
  • Ensure reliable, secure IT operations across regional countries and manage central IT tools (Microsoft 365, Intune etc.).
  • Coordinate between local teams, partners, and suppliers.
  • Oversee and support regional IT projects, ensure successful implementation and collaboration.
  • Act as the link between regional offices, global IT/DT strategy, and head office.
  • Analyze IT/DT needs, monitor KPIs, and contribute to strategic planning and budgeting.
  • Promote innovative IT/DT solutions and ensure adoption of global standards in the region.

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
  • A university degree in Computer Science (or equivalent).
  • Solid experience in IT system operations, support, and digital transformation projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and IT operations in enterprise environments.
  • Excellent English and local language skills.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
