We’re proud to support TONI Digital, a fast-growing Swiss InsurTech company, in their search for a Senior Frontend Developer. TONI Digital builds fully digital white-label insurance solutions for well-known brands — combining cutting-edge technology with innovation in the insurance space.

What’s this role about?

As a Senior Frontend Developer, you’ll take ownership of building and improving complex, high-performance web applications using Angular. You’ll work closely with backend developers, product managers, and key account managers to deliver clean, efficient, and scalable software. Your work will directly impact the company’s growth, helping major partners launch and manage digital insurance products.

What you’ll do:
  • Develop, improve, and maintain modern Angular-based web applications.
  • Ensure frontends are fast, stable, and aligned with best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver new features.
  • Conduct code reviews and maintain clean, efficient, and reusable code.
  • Integrate frontends with backend systems and RESTful APIs.
  • Contribute to frontend architecture (NgRx, micro-frontends, component-driven development).
What we’re looking for:
  • 5+ years of frontend development experience with strong Angular skills.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and responsive design.
  • Experience working with RESTful APIs and asynchronous data handling.
  • Familiarity with npm packaging and micro-frontend architecture.
  • Experience in the insurance or finance industry
  • Agile mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
