Join Starbyte as a Infrastructure Team Lead in Sarajevo and lead the team responsible for the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of critical infrastructure services. You'll work with experienced Linux, Windows, and Intune engineers, drive service quality, and help shape the future of a modern operations environment.

As the infrastructure team continues to grow, you'll play a key role in ensuring service reliability, improving operational processes, and supporting the transition towards infrastructure-as-code and modern automation practices.

• Working closely with internal stakeholders to review service quality, infrastructure health, and future priorities.
• Coordinating incident escalations and supporting the team during critical situations.
• Driving operational excellence through structured processes, documentation, and collaboration across engineering teams.

• Have 5+ years of experience leading infrastructure or IT operations teams, or have managed technical service delivery in a similar environment.
• Feel comfortable working across Linux, Windows, and Microsoft endpoint technologies without needing to be the deepest technical expert in every area.
• Have experience working in SLA-driven operational environments.
• Communicate confidently in English and enjoy collaborating with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Like building teams, improving processes, and helping engineers grow in their careers.
