Together with experienced HVAC specialists, Eneto plans tailored solutions, selects the right systems and guides customers through the process from initial consultation to installation.

What will your day look like?

Your main goal will be to make sure installation appointments are scheduled quickly and clearly. You will communicate with customers and installers, manage several projects at the same time and bring structure to a process that often requires persistence and quick problem-solving.

• Coordinate installation dates between customers and installation partners.

• Build reliable working relationships with installer companies across Germany.

• Follow up by phone and email until appointments are confirmed.

• Share project details, installation instructions and relevant documentation with installers.

• Respond to basic technical questions and involve the internal team when additional support is needed.

The standard working hours are 8:00–17:00, aligned with the working hours of installation partners in Germany.
 

You are the right candidate if…

• You speak German fluently at C1 level or above.

• You communicate confidently by phone and know how to build trust with different people.

• You are highly organized and can manage a large number of open appointments.

• You have a basic understanding of technical topics and are willing to learn more about HVAC systems.

• You have experience in coordination, scheduling, customer support, operations or a similar role.
