Your day-to-day at DDC would look like… 💼

As an IT Supervisor, your daily tasks would consist of overseeing both the technical and managerial aspects of the IT department, supporting all aspects of the IT systems and services.

You would also be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of computer operations and systems development following the firm’s strategic plan & IT plan, creation, configuration, and managing local and remote networks (WAN, LAN, VLAN, VPN). 

Implementation, administration, and maintenance of infrastructure server solutions (virtualization, backup, disaster recovery, storage, cloud, etc.) would also be among your tasks.

If you are someone who has:

• 3+ years of experience as an IT Technician or System Administrator
• ​​​​​​​Experience with databases, Linux Servers
• ​​​​​​​Experience with networking (Cisco, Cisco Meraki, Fortinet)
• Experience creating “how-to” guides for staff
