What would you do as a Recruitment Marketing Associate? 💻
As a Recruitment Marketing Associate, you would get to put your content writing and digital marketing skills into action and help our recruitment team fill challenging positions all over Europe.
Also, you would participate in our employer branding efforts, helping establish Popcorn Recruiters as an industry leader.
Your tasks would include creating engaging content that brings value to our audience, captures the attention of potential new clients, and entices candidates to apply to our job openings.
We’re always open to new ideas, so we’ll be more than glad to incorporate your creative suggestions that will help improve our current marketing processes.
Don’t worry, no experience in recruitment is needed – we pride ourselves in our onboarding process and aim to position ourselves as the market builders in the recruitment industry.
You will get the training you need to transfer your marketing skills into the recruitment context.

We want to hear from you if you have previous experience in content writing and/or digital marketing!
As a member of our marketing team, you should be able to:
- Create content for social media and ads,
- Take part in the creation and management of marketing campaigns,
- Track and report recruitment marketing results and best practices,
- Participate in event organization,
- Research and suggest ideas for employer branding.
We do have to highlight that fluent English (any additional language is considered a significant plus!), task prioritization, and deadline orientation are a must-have.
Don’t worry if you’re not an expert in all of these!
Our company policy is that we hire character-first; skills and experience come later.
So, as long as you know the basics of content writing and social media marketing and you’re willing to grow and learn, you won’t have any problems tackling these tasks.
And, of course, you will receive all the necessary training, guidance, and education.
