DDC MLS Sarajevo had an ambitious goal – to build a large team of French-speaking Customs Brokers for its client. Since this was a challenging undertaking, they decided to find a dedicated recruitment partner. That’s where Popcorn Recruiters stepped in!
DDC MLS chose our RPO plan and joined forces with two of our Popcorn Recruiters. From sourcing, testing, and interviewing candidates to coordinating marketing campaigns, we were able to tackle all the challenges and help DDC hire 20 ambitious individuals who were the perfect fit for the position in less than 30 days!
