We are looking for an HR & Legal/Office asistant to join our team and keep our HR, legal, and office management processes smooth and reliable!

What would your day-to-day look like 🤩

Your daily responsibilities would include:

  • Managing our HR and legal process
  • Coordination the employment office and the tax administration
  • Keeping our office management processes tidy and coordinating suppliers and contractors
  • Making sure employee contracts and personal files are up to date and providing onboarding and offboarding support
  • Organizing company events and celebrations

What would make you the ideal candidate? 🤔

If you have at least one year of hands-on experience combined with a can-do attitude and a drive to learn, then you’re the one we’re looking for!

 

It’s an additional plus if you have:

  • Organizational and task-oriented skills
  • Autonomous and independent work approach
  • Project management skills is a plus
  • Expressed communication and researching skills
  • Fluent English

Don’t worry if you’re not an expert in all of these!

Our company policy is that we hire character-first; skills and experience come later.
