The Professional Styles Expert Report is Saville’s most detailed report, forming the basis for all other Saville reports. It includes a full psychometric profile of the candidate’s competencies in thought, influence, adaptability, and delivery, along with their potential to develop job-related skills.
The report also assesses current talent levels, motivation for growth, cultural fit, and the candidate’s self-perception accuracy.
Line Manager Report
The line manager test is a simplified version of the Expert Report, useful for selection, placement, promotion, and talent development.
It includes information on the candidate’s competency potential and predicted culture/environment fit, designed for line managers and other key stakeholders, but with less detail on the candidate’s motivation.
Leadership Impact
This test offers insights into leadership styles and their workplace impact, focusing on three approaches: professional, people-oriented, and pioneering. It includes a Leadership Styles Profile, Leadership Potential Prediction, and predicted culture/environment fit.
Leadership Risk
This report identifies nine leadership risk areas, detailing the two highest potential risks and their implications for the individual, organization, and culture. It includes the primary and secondary risk areas and offers suggestions on managing these risks.
Sales Expert
This report offers a distinctive forecast of a candidate’s probable strengths and weaknesses in critical sales domains. It also evaluates the candidate’s potential across three sales focus indicators: New Business Focus, Account Management Focus, and Sales Leadership Focus.
Sales Development
This sales development report outlines actionable steps to support the growth of sales personnel. It includes a Sales Competency Profile, Sales Focus Profile, development suggestions, and specific development activities.
