Your day-to-day activities … 💼
What would you do as a part of Webhelp’s HR and Legal team?
Your day-to-day activities would include:
- Management of administrative tasks in the legal and human resources departments related to employees from the recruitment phase to the day of their entry and/or exit.
- Supporting managers and employees in all strategic and operational HR legal matters.
- Handling expense control and document management of invoices. Controlling and reporting to management.
- Participation in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
You are perfect for this position if… 🤩
We are looking for someone who:
- Has at least three years of experience in the HR department with knowledge of the local labor law
- Is fluent in English
- Has preferably a university degree in the relevant field
- Worked in the BPO industry before (not mandatory)
