Your role and daily responsibilities

As a Site Manager, you will manage the company operations in Macedonia and coordinate the business processes according to company practices in other regions.

You will also be responsible for fully owning the strategy and growth targets for Webhelp in North Macedonia and leading the internal team.

Some of the tasks you’ll be in charge of are:

• Providing leadership and direction to a team of people
• Managing operations and finances of the business
• Recruiting and training new hires on business practices
• Driving development of employees
• Ensuring that quality of work or service is maintained
