About the position…

Your day-to-day at Würth will include:  

• Ensuring a quality recruitment process and the quality of new employees,  
• Reducing the rate of staff turnover, 
• Implementing the standards of personnel development, 
• Supporting the management by pointing out the negative trends of the company, 
• Developing the company’s culture.

You are the perfect candidate for this challenge…

You will be a great fit for this role if you:  

• Have several years of professional experience in similar positions, preferably in a distribution company, 
• Are fluent in English, and German would be of advantage, 

• Know the most important company HR key figures and parameters, 
• Are familiar with legal obligations, 
• Have a master’s or bachelor’s degree in human resources management, psychology, or related areas, 
• Possess excellent organizational skills.
